Faith-Centered Tools for Intentional Living

For yeeeeeaaaaaaaaars-------> my identity was wrapped in doing, serving, caring, and holding everything together. I believed strength meant showing up, pushing through, and getting it done—no matter how heavy life felt. (smh)

Then came a season when I simply couldn’t keep carrying everything the same way.

In the middle of burnout and overwhelm, my breakthrough came when I realized I had been trying to do God’s work without God’s rest. (insert sigh here)

That realization changed more than my pace. It challenged me to look at my heart—what was filling it, what was draining it, what I was carrying, and whether the life I was building was truly pleasing to God.

From that journey came HeartFilled Woman™ — Pursuing a Heart Pleasing to God.

HeartFilled Woman is a faith-centered space created for women who pour into everyone and everything but recognize that their hearts need tending, too.

Through scripture-centered experiences, creative tools, devotionals, prayer, affirmations, reflection, interactive experiences, workshops, and everyday practices, HeartFilled Woman encourages women to intentionally CREATE, SEEK, WALK, and live from a heart aligned with God.

It is about more than finding a moment of peace.

It is about becoming intentional about what fills your heart, what shapes your thoughts, what guides your choices, and how you walk with God in everyday life.

Rooted in Psalm 19:14, HeartFilled Woman began with a personal prayer:

“Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD…” — Psalm 19:14 KJV

And that prayer became a pursuit.

Growing toward spiritual maturity.

Not performance.

Not another thing to check off the list.

A daily pursuit of a heart that is becoming more acceptable, intentional, peaceful, faithful, and pleasing to God.

Because being a HeartFilled Woman™ is about continually allowing God to shape and mature your heart.

It’s about being intentional about Who fills it.
